Sales Tax
Hilco Vision is required by law to collect all applicable sale and use tax on shipments to states where Hilco Vision and its affiliates maintain a place of business or business relationship. You will see these taxes added to your order total.
Shipping Info
Hilco Vision offers free Standard shipping on all orders. Priority shipping is also available.
Priority shipping rates are calculated based on order size and shipping destination and can therefore be calculated before checkout. Wherever possible, our goal is to pass along our discounted shipping rates to our customers to aid in reducing your S&H charges.
International Customers

Return Policy
Purchases made on can be returned for a full refund (minus initial S&H) within 30-days from the date of purchase provided products are unused and still in the original packaging. In addition to all original packaging, returns must also include the following information:

Exchange Policy

Order Cancellation
An order begins processing immediately after it is submitted. During processing time, it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.

If you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel because the item has already shipped, then you can return any unwanted items in accordance with the seller’s returns policy.

Warranty Information
Hilco Vision 1-year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty
Care is taken to assure that each Hilco Vision product is produced with the finest materials and workmanship. For a period of one year from original date of purchase, a product determined to be defective under normal and proper use will be repaired or replaced without charge. Proof of purchase is required. The Manufacturer’s Warranty does not include shipping costs. Any claim must be made within 1 year of the original purchase date.

The Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty does not affect any statutory rights. This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties and of all other liabilities and obligations on the part of Hilco Vision except implied warranties, including the merchantability, and limited in duration to 1 year from the original purchase date. Hilco Vision expressly denies the rights of any person to incur or assume for it any other liability or obligation in connection with the sale of these products.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:
If you believe your Hilco Vision product is defective, please contact our Warranty Department via phone 800-955-6544 or via email [email protected] to set up a claim and send back your product for warranty assessment and replacement. For products covered under warranty that have been discontinued, we will replace with the most equivalent model. Please note: Manufacturing faults do not include issues arising from general use or neglect. A warranty assessment takes into account the product’s age and damage from neglect or general use.
Once you have set up your claim, you can send the product to the address below along with:
• A dated copy of the original purchase receipt
• A brief description detailing the problem with the product and how it occurred
